OUR PROGRAMS:

All of our programs operate under the same mentality: “Quality, not quantity.” At KCK, we keep our numbers at a very manageable level as we work through a 4–6 month waiting list, on average. By keeping our numbers low, we’re able to fine-tune each dog’s training and help them reach their full potential in a timely manner. Each dog is treated as part of our family, and we build a special relationship with every dog that comes through our program. All of these things are essential for success and help set us apart from other kennels and trainers across the country.

Obedience Course

The key to any successful training program is solid obedience. At KCK, we strive to bring out the best in every dog while maintaining a positive attitude. Our obedience program is a two-month “board and train” style program that equips you with all the tools you need to handle and work your dog off-leash in any environment!

Obedience Lessons (virtual available)

Hesitant about sending your companion off for two months? Our one-on-one lessons may be just what you and your dog need. These lessons are designed to give you the knowledge, confidence, and structure necessary for you and your pet to be successful. They can be conducted at our facility or in the comfort of your dog’s own home. We schedule one lesson per week and continue progressing until we meet our goals together!

Finished Gundog

Our finished gundog program is eight months long, with the first four months focused on obedience and basic gundog training. The next four months are spent teaching your dog how to sit on the whistle and take hand signals on both land and water. This program will give you and your dog the tools to be successful in any hunting environment, whether your dog sees the birds fall or not. This is our most popular program, as we have produced some of the best finished gundogs in the country.
